Privacy
Your information should be handled with care.
Thrive Publishing LLC operates Dallas Burnett's website. This notice explains how we handle website visits, inquiries, newsletter requests and The Last 10% Leader Check.
Effective date: November 5, 2026
The Last 10% Leader Check
The Leader Check calculates your answers and results in your browser. It does not ask for your name or email, submit answers or results to a server, save them in browser storage, or subscribe you to a newsletter. Closing or reloading the page clears the check. You can print or save your results yourself; the website does not automatically email them. Ordinary page connections described below are separate from your assessment answers.
Inquiries and requests
When you submit a speaking inquiry, media request, general message, guest pitch or partner-program request, we use the name, email address and other details you provide to respond and follow up about that request. An inquiry does not enroll you in the newsletter. Please avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
The form receiver sends inquiry notifications through Resend to our team at marketing@thinkmovethrive.com. Your email address is used as the reply address. Resend processes the submitted email content, and the team's mailbox retains the correspondence. The receiver does not store inquiry message bodies in its private SQLite database or application logs. Acceptance by the email provider does not guarantee arrival in an inbox.
Newsletter signup and your choices
To request The Last 10% Notes, provide your first name and email address. We send a confirmation email from Dallas Burnett <team@updates.dallasburnett.com>. You must open its link and press the confirmation button to submit your confirmation before joining the dedicated Dallas Burnett newsletter list in Resend. Opening the link alone does not subscribe you. Confirmation expires after 48 hours.
Existing global unsubscribe settings are preserved; signup is not intended to override an unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery but does not necessarily delete correspondence or records needed to respect your preference.
Temporary records and retention
The receiver temporarily stores pending signup details and protected confirmation information. Pending requests expire after 48 hours, and name and email are cleared when a request is confirmed or suppressed. Limited hashed consent records, contact identifiers and duplicate-request metadata remain for 30 days after completion or expiry; delivery metadata expires 30 days after creation. Expired records are cleared when the service starts or next handles a request, rather than by a scheduled cleanup job. Short-lived request-limit records help prevent abuse.
These periods describe the receiver's active database, not independent provider systems, the team's mailbox, server logs or backups. Thrive Publishing LLC does not currently use a fixed retention schedule for inquiry emails or backups. Correspondence and backup copies may therefore remain longer than the receiver's temporary records. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; deleting active information may not immediately remove independent backup copies or records needed to honor an unsubscribe preference.
Hosting, verification and third-party connections
The website runs on a Hostinger-hosted server, with a separate form receiver and private database. The server processes technical connection and request information, including IP addresses, to serve pages and protect forms. Server logs may contain technical visit information and follow the server's configured log rotation; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for logs or their backup copies. We have not added a dedicated website analytics service to the Hostinger site.
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam verification, together with server-side validation and request limits. Turnstile connects to Cloudflare when verification loads. Google Fonts supplies the website's fonts. Some podcast artwork and the audio player load files from Captivate; the audio player may connect before you press play, depending on your browser. These third-party requests can disclose connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the relevant provider. They are distinct from newsletter signup and do not submit your Leader Check answers.
External links take you to independently operated websites. Third-party services describe their processing in their own privacy notices. This notice does not set their retention periods or promise where they process information.
Questions and privacy requests
Email marketing@thinkmovethrive.com to contact Thrive Publishing LLC with questions about your information, newsletter preferences or a request to access, correct or delete information you have provided. We may need enough information to identify the relevant records and verify the request. Please do not send identity documents unless the team specifically requests them through an appropriate channel.
We will update this notice when the website's information-handling practices change.
